Quotes are valid for 30 days. Payment is due in full upon order of all stock products. A 50% deposit is required on all custom orders at the time the order is placed. Final payment on custom orders is due prior to shipment or pick up of the order. Credit card payments may be made by calling (877) 235-9174. Payments made by check may be mailed to Sound Control Technologies, LLC at 5830 Bond Street, Suite 300, Cumming, GA 30040. A $30 charge is assessed on all returned checks.
At Sound Control Technologies, we take customer service satisfaction seriously. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. If you have questions about our products, please contact us so that one of our environmental sound control experts can assist you in identifying the best solution for your needs.
Unfortunately, custom orders may not be returned. Due to the special nature of ordering non-stocked merchandise, special orders may not be returned for refund or credit. In addition, because custom orders are built to your specifications and go into production immediately, deposits for special orders are non-refundable.
Stock Products are eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A 30% restocking fee is incurred on all returns. Products eligible for return must be returned in original packaging and must not be used, installed or damaged.
A Return Merchandise Number (RMN) must accompany all returns. To obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN), contact us by calling (470) 839-2960
Ship the product with its original packaging and RMA number to SCT-Return Center, Attn: Tim White, 8485 Woodland View Dr., Gainesville, GA 30506.
Original shipping charges and those incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. The purchaser is responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Sound Control Technologies, LLC.
At the time of delivery, all products must be inspected for any damage that may have occurred in transit. The driver and/or shipping company must be made aware of any product damage at the time of delivery. The purchaser is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company. Sound Control Technologies is not responsible for damage incurred during transit and does not provided refunds for products damaged in transit. If a product that is defective in workmanship or materials, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Unfortunately, sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
